1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TrackRouteX platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrackRouteX is a self-hosted traffic routing and analytics platform designed for performance marketers. The Service enables users to manage campaign links, filter incoming traffic, perform A/B testing, and generate compliant landing pages. The software is provided as a licensed installation on the user's own hosting environment.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Service solely for lawful performance marketing and traffic analytics purposes. Permitted uses include:

• Managing and routing ad traffic across campaigns you own or are authorized to manage.
• Filtering invalid or bot traffic to protect advertising budgets.
• A/B testing of landing pages and offer URLs.
• Geo-targeting and device-based traffic segmentation within legal boundaries.

5. Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree not to use the Service to:

• Conduct any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading advertising activities.
• Violate the terms of service of any advertising network, including but not limited to Meta, Google, TikTok, or X.
• Distribute malware, spam, or illegal content.
• Engage in activities that violate applicable laws or regulations in your or your target audience's jurisdiction.
• Circumvent moderation systems, ad network security policies, or fraud detection mechanisms.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. All fees are stated in USD. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 14 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The TrackRouteX software, brand, and all associated content are the intellectual property of the Service provider. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for the duration of your active subscription. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the software.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Use of the Service is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackRouteX and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or ad spend, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

TrackRouteX is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding your data. Because TrackRouteX is a self-hosted platform, your campaign traffic data, visitor logs, and campaign configurations reside entirely on your own server and are never transmitted to us.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the platform dashboard and billing system:

• Account Information: Your username, email address, and hashed password when you register.
• Billing Information: Transaction records (amount, date, package) to manage your subscription. We do not store raw payment credentials.
• Telegram Username (Optional): If provided, used solely for support contact purposes.
• Activity Logs: Administrative actions within the dashboard (e.g., campaign creation, settings changes) for security auditing.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

Because your installation is self-hosted, the following data never reaches our servers:

• Your campaign visitor traffic, IP addresses, or user-agent logs.
• Your offer URLs or safe page URLs.
• Your campaign performance statistics or conversion data.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your TrackRouteX account.
• To process your subscription and send billing-related communications.
• To send account-related notifications (e.g., email verification, password reset).
• To provide customer support when requested.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to process payments through our designated payment processors. Payment processors are bound by their own privacy policies.

6. Cookies

The TrackRouteX dashboard uses session cookies strictly for authentication purposes (to keep you logged in). No third-party tracking cookies are used on the platform. The landing page you are currently viewing does not set any persistent tracking cookies.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including password hashing (bcrypt), prepared SQL statements to prevent injection attacks, and HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for the duration of your account's existence. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support. Billing records may be retained for a legally required period.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent for optional data processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us directly.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will promptly delete their account.
